My name is J.A. Farrwood, and I am an upcoming author based in Nashville, Tennessee, who writes historical fantasy novels. I have lived in Tennessee all my life and was educated in Tennessee state schools. I hold degrees in creative writing and international affairs.
I have been creating stories all my life. As a child, I loved to imagine worlds of magic. I dreamed about traveling to faraway kingdoms, and I have always loved world history. I grew up reading books and watching television and films with fantastical elements. My love of literature, history, religion, and mythology has influenced the story I have been writing in my head since my youth.
I began writing in high school. I love to participate in writing workshops with my fellow writers, both published and unpublished, in the Greater Nashville Area. I cannot wait to be published and share my novel with the world.
In the rare moments I am not writing or working my day job, you can find me reading a good book, experimenting in the kitchen, and spending time with my beloved senior cats and dogs, whom I adopt to care for in the golden years of their lives.
